Booking a session is Simple click on the Book now button, select the package that suits your needs, choose your preferred date and time, and follow the prompts to complete your booking. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

To ensure every podcast session at Content HQ is of the highest standard, we have a 2-hour minimum booking policy.This time frame allows our team to meticulously prepare the studio, including setting up and adjusting lighting, calibrating audio levels, configuring picture settings, and arranging any required branding elements. This preparation is crucial to ensure your podcast looks and sounds its best.

Many podcasts naturally extend beyond an hour. The 2-hour minimum ensures that you have sufficient time to record your episode comfortably, without feeling rushed. It also provides an opportunity to capture any additional promotional material or wrap-up content you may need, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.inspired by our space and require additional time to create content for their social media, such as reels, drops, podcast promo teasers or Behind the Scenes and guest feature content.

A: At Content HQ, we prioritize making your file delivery process smooth and flexible. After your session, you will receive high-quality 4K video footage, capturing multiple camera angles, along with separate audio tracks.

For those who prefer immediate access, we recommend bringing your own SSD hard drive for on-the-spot data transfer. Alternatively, we can send you a download link via Google Drive within 48 hours of your recording session.

We provide complimentary storage of your files on our Google Drive for up to 10 days. Should you need extended storage, we offer a monthly service for $25 per podcast/shoot to keep your files accessible on our servers. For editing services, we have connections with professional editors who can help bring your podcast to its full potential.

Yes, your podcast session at Content HQ includes a professional camera operator who also assists with audio and lighting. Our skilled operators ensure that every aspect of your recording is of the highest quality, allowing you to focus on delivering great content without any technical concerns.

Bookings may be canceled or altered 3 days (72-hours) in advance. No last-minute cancellations or time changes will be honored. Please keep in mind that when you reserve studio time in our calendar, you are blocking off that time-slot so that nobody else can use it. Therefore, we expect your fullest commitment to this time-slot. Please make sure your crew is aware of the importance of being present and on time.
